3-Day Detox Cleanse For Weight Loss

Here is a powerful 3-day detox cleanse for weight loss that you can make at home using only natural ingredients! This detox cleanses will help remove harmful toxins from your body, speed up your metabolism, increase your energy levels and help you lose weight very fast.

  • 6 stalks Celery

  • 6 large pieces Kale

      We mentioned in our post that you drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and make sure to drink another glass of this cleanse before you go to bed. Your diet should consist of enough fresh green vegetables and fruits for better results.
      1 glass before morning time and 1 glass 45 minutes before bedtime. You can continue another 2 days if you feel it’s going fine.
